Alys Beach Residence - Nearing Completion

Our Alys Beach Residence is nearing completion and our clients are expected to be able to move into their beautiful new home mid-March 2023. Over the next several months, the interior finishes and details will be installed while the exterior landscaping will be completed.

LBA punches out Warehouse/Office space for Atlanta Forklifts, in South Fulton.

In collaboration with McDonald Development, LBA recently completed the interiors for Toyota Forklift.

The warehouse building, located in South Fulton, consist of 250,000 square feet of warehouse space and 20,000 square feet of office space.
